Karl Lutke joined Insperity Expense Management as Vice President of Operations in 2010. He brings to his position more than 15 years of experience in the service and HR Technologies industries. At Insperity ExpensAble, he is responsible for operations, implementation, and service delivery.

Before joining the company, Karl was Vice President of Ceridian Tax Services. While there, Karl was responsible for fiduciary and compliance services for over 40K clients including multiple Fortunate 100 companies. Karl led the Service Organization to the highest NPS/Customer Satisfaction results within all US HR Services Divisions. During his six-year tenure, Karl led many operational improvement initiatives and was a member of the Global Leadership Meeting Planning Team.

Prior to joining Ceridian, Karl held multiple positions with Paychex, a National Provider of Human Resource Outsourcing products and services.

He holds a MBA from CSU Dominguez Hills, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Long Beach State. Karl is a qualified MBTi practitioner and Certified Six Sigma Champion.
